Music is never music if it doesnt come from the heart and this artist is the perfect example of a rapper that understands the craft that is music. Hardworking, driven and ambitious, Elphonic is one of the most prominent up and coming rappers from Limpopo and has made his mark in music not only in SA, but even raking in reviews from other African countries.
His first major project, The Aura Mixtape, is groundbreaking and interesting, offering different genres and elements to music listeners around. It is not often that you get to see one artist, capture all this in one project. He is clearly very talented and should be someone that everyone watches out for in the future (and we cannot wait for the "Away" Music Video!) :)
Today is not only his birthday but the date of release of his bonus track from the Aura Mixtape released in June. Listening to it, it is very different from the other tracks that are on the mixtape. This song is what he likes to call his "Mature Music". We respect Elphonics craft and his dedication and wish him the best with his career.
